Blacklisted People

I am really suprised one of these threads have not been made yet as most MMO's tend to have those few select people who just either are really annoying and gloat about "Oh if your do not listen to me, there is not way you will be pro", ninja items for the hell of it, or even just go around making a fool of themselves in an attempt for people to notice how annoying they can be. I wanted to start a composite list of people who should be watched out for that fall under these catagories so that guilds and people who want to progress or just enjoy the game can be weary of. People may know these nuisinces in game but for guilds who use the forums to post for recruitments or even new guilds/people to the shard, this is a helpful start for them as well as a caution sign if you happen to group with these people. A one time offence if nothing that can be said for as we all make mistakes and sometimes click the wrong button so please be sure this person deserves a notice about them. As I am Defiant, I only know of one side of the spectrum so any of you guardians that name people, the post is simple and goes for both sides:

1. Post a screenshot
This will help other people realize a few things and of course the main incident. If a person is randomly pulling mobs during a raid, ninja looting items then leaving the party, purposly causing disruptions to hinder the progression of the guild/group then please post this. THIS DOES NOT MEAN PVP IF A PERSON OF THE DIFFERENT FACTION IS KILLING YOU WHILE DOING A RAID RIFT OR SOMETHING! Your on a PvP server, if you don't like being ganked durign an invasion or a raid rift boss, you should not have rolled on one so deal with it.

2. If possible, please get other people that were there to comment along with you so that more then one statement has been confirmed of the action.
If it was a guild event, it would probably be best for th guild leader to post about it seeing how it is his job to manage the guild and take accountability for his guild mates. If it is a group, ask if the other members will post here with a say (with a quote with the original person who posted) so that people can give an eyewitness view on the situation.

If anyone has any improvements on the rules or can help out with this, I would be very grateful as I am new to forming this. Constructive criticism is valued and I am hoping I get about this. If people think this is a horrible idea, then I will drop it where it stands but from MMO's I have seen this works pretty well.

i dunno, if you post a screenshot of the incident, thats not a naming and shaming as much as, 'here's what went down'.

though in the age of photoshop... maybe not such a good idea.

Make your own personal guild Blacklist, and advised your members to stay away from that particular group of players.. That's the best you can do.
