XP Ignore what I said, I was mistaken. I blame it on being tired. And yes, there are people able to make them. I havent been lucky enough to get the plaques for them though.

On the defiant side I know one of my guildies can - his name escapes me at the moment. I will update you if you are defiant however.

I managed to get a pretty good T1 drop in RoTF last night, but I still think these robes are better, with crit and focus, not to mention augments.
(Forgot to mention im on Guardian Side thx anyway Shokenaw).

I am able to make these robes on Estrael. My char name is Galzra, and I'm on the Guardian faction.
Variable is the mage who can make them on Defiant that I know of...not sure if there are others
