Small group of friends looking for possible match

Small group of friends looking for a guild option before we decide to start one of our own. There are five of us total, all with extensive MMO experience. Our hardcore days are in the past for the most part due to families and getting older, but we still have the skills (if not all the time) to eventually conquer all that Rift has to offer. I just left one of AoC's top hardcore raid guilds five months ago due to lack of time with a new baby. Our goal is to find a guild of skilled and mature players who also have families and understand when things come up. We want to experience all the content and not just race to end content. All in good time is our motto. Lastly I kind of have a personal thing about names. I just can't join a guild with a stupid name. I'm not that picky but names like "Misphits, Squirls, Nom Nom Nom, Spankies .... just don't work for me

You sound pretty alright, but not much was said about the other folks. Momentum has brought in 2 groups of teammates from other games, but we still get to know each person individually. Even with the generic region recruitment post, every player gets a "Hi how are you? Whats shak'n?" before brought into the team. We're against the blank invites (as we all know what that leads too).

About us: Momentum is from a team of players that have played most MMOs around. We formed (6 years ago) on WoW but went around with STO, Aion, Vanguard, Eve, Warhammer, and on it goes. We are going for the end game content, but at our own pace. While raids/rifts are going on in the guild, we'll be putting the "hard core" game faces on; but clearing it at a social pace. If you (and everyone else) chooses not to be a part of that, its completely alright as others here got families, work, and responsibilities that don't allow them to attend always.
