I cant find Carrion in the shard list. Charaters lost?

I just returned to rift to find my shard was a test server. so i transfered 1 Char and left the rest. Woke up today and the shard is missing. Is all lost?

Ditto. I lost several characters that I had planned on playing again. Where'd the server go?
