The hello thread!
Hi fellow shardmates. I'm Nurta/Faithbinder/Kyber/Darkweaver and am playing Defiant with some friends I made playing EQ2 years ago. I've been playing WOW for what seems like forever and made the leap to Rift and this shard after my friends kept saying how awesome it was. So far I'm definitely enjoying it and am very glad for having done so.
So what about you? Why are you here and where did you come from?

I'm also a long--time WoW player and decided to give RIFT a try. I'm really liking it so far. My in-game name is Rumore.

WoW player here too. Started with Asheron's Call back in the day and played most all the others too (DAoC, AO, EQ2, though not for long, AC2, CoH...etc.) Loved the videos and look of Rift so decided to try it. Loving it so far! Got tired of the min/max, damage meters crowed in WoW.
I'm Fendwynn/Fellynn on the Defiant side...unguilded as no one I know is playing so far. Will soon be hitting IT with the cleric for DPS/Heals and hopefully meet of you.
