Looking for a Casual EST Guild

I played the trial of Rift and enjoyed it, so I recently picked up the game. I'm looking for a casual guild that is willing to help relative newbies. Here's a little about me and my character:

Lvl 16 Warrior - Currently a BM/Champion/Paragon build, but might change that up.

I usually play Rift during the evenings EST, around 7-8. I get, at most, about 1-2 hours during the weekdays, but tend to play more on the weekends. I'll be starting a new full-time job (currently a student) in two weeks, so my play time will probably decrease then.

So far, I've only done solo questing as well as the occasional pick-up gang rift. Both of which I enjoy. I'm not a huge fan of crafting so I basically just gather and sell the raw materials.

I've only ever played one MMO which is Eve. I'm finding Rift to be a totally different beast and some if seems overwhelming. So, I'm essentially looking for a guild that is willing to answer any noob questions I have. I'm also looking for something that is quite a bit casual. I don't want to feel pressured into joining a raid or whatever when I just want to quest or something or being pressured into playing a lot.

We match up in play time and style pretty well. We moved over from WoW a few weeks ago, and are just learning the game a bit ourselves. If you see anyone on, feel free to ask for an invite, as we have open invites for the time being.
