About Maximation
Maximation is a Guardian faction guild on Dayblind-PVP, Soon to be on a shard anyone can transfer too! We are ranked 2nd in the world, and have World First Kills on Infiltrator Johlen, Oracle Aleria, and Prince Hylas, and Uruluuk.
We are a highly motivated, mature guild with a focus on end-game content as our top priority. PVP is secondary, but an inherent part of the raid rift experience. Maximation has very high expectations from all of its members.
To describe our background, our core includes those that have been apart of top World of Warcraft guilds. Our members have been active raiders and officers in such guilds as Nightmares Asylum, Team Ice, Vodka, Death Wish, Dues Vox, and Blood Legion.
Consideration will only be given to a experienced MMO player with a strong raiding background. With the game released, it is essential that you also have sufficient Rift exposure as well.
Our Expectations:
Basic Requirements:
* A solid raiding background. We prefer those with experience on the cutting edge of content in previous games.
* A stable Internet connection
* Mumble
* Intelligence
* Ability to make at least 80% of the raids
* Complete knowledge of your class
* Ability to fulfill multiple roles that you class offers and exceed at them

Raid Schedule:
Sunday - 8pm-12am EST
Monday - 8pm-12am EST
Tuesday - 8pm-12am EST
Wednesday - 8pm-12am EST
Thursday - 8pm-12am EST
Friday - Only during progression*
Saturday - Only during progression*
*We may require Friday and Saturday raids as well during progression push.
Raid invites will begin 15 minutes prior to official start time.

Loot Distribution:
Council based with full attendance and item history tracking. In our eyes, it is the most efficient and beneficial system for progression.

But as always ANY exceptional applicants will be considered being that we have a competitive roster.
