Much Happaning on Dayblind Gaurdian side?

Hi everyone, I was on the dayblind server till a few weeks ago, about the time when things seem to go real quiet on the server Little world PVP or even PVE stuff happning much on the Gaurdian side.

I moved to Leathys... and its not the same. If I see a Defiant zerg instead of hitting the oh crap button and rage at them as they wash over me and I end up at the closest graveyard I now get the occasional /wave or /hug and now have to peacefuly co-exsist with them. Well as anyone can tell you that gets old fast esp when you see some rank1 carebear doing the PVP dailes and you can't even gank them cause you dont get flagged on a PVE server even when doing the PVP dailes.

Add to that the PVE guild i was in is falling apart (much like the guild I was in on dayblind) I have little reason to stay on leathys.

Long story short is anything (PVP or PVE) happaning on gaurd side on dayblind atm? If so I might come back to my old home.

At least voodoo can pve in open world again, without getting constantly farmed!

For the record, Maximation did turn around and ask us to merge with them at one point. It was a week long ordeal. I doubt it's because we'd be rock-star world-level Raiders. Realistically, they were at a rough spot in roster stability during their HK progression and a guild full of R8's in the middle of August that are competent enough to stand out of fire would be a good bench pool to draw from for a Raid Roster.

But why am I trying to correct an obviously bitter person?

I seriously would suggest you move to a PvE server. The PvPers like Rizaz, Rantology, and Killian have never said a word about our activity in the world, atleast publicly. Even Quietmode, who's as PvE as they come, giggles on his Guardian alt after a crush.

I think it's a sign of things to come, and Rift, being one of the most recent additions to the MMO scene, is going to feel the pinch of TOR (and later, GW2) more than most. If the PvP in this game was.... better, I know many who'd be sticking around. As it stands, Rift is still an awesome game if PvE is your thing. At least "Puddin" should be happy about that.

I seem to have struck a nerve. Fantastic. I didn't know that Affinity was stopping anyone from doing anything. Of course, I'd be killed 5v1 from time to time, but I realize that this is a PvP server and roll with the punches.

As for calling me a PvE-only player, I find that funny. We should have been acquainted back on Molinar or Seastone, back when PvP was worth it. I can completely understand why you guys are leaving the game. It's the same reason you think I'm a PvE carebear. PvP in this game isn't worth it. Though I wasn't aware that super-pro, mega-awesome, hardcore pvpers like yourselves could get so butthurt over a statement of the obvious facts.
