HK for Alts

Hi.

I'm interested in setting up a semi-regular group(s) to do runs of HK for Alts.

I have two fifties (Warrior/Rogue - DPS/Support/Tank) both HK ready. My Cleric (Alekto) is the main for our Guild runs and getting a chance to take my alts in for loot/GMarks is really problematic. I am sure that I am not alone in this.

I would be interested in getting names and forming a group to do these runs. To that end I propose the following:

1. Gather list of interested persons with roles/class and availability.
2. Establish a matrix with names/classes
3. Build Roster(s) that fit availability/name into Raid windows.
4. Post Rosters for Approval
5. Revise Rosters
6. Finalize.

Once that's done, then Raid leads can be selected for each roster and the raids can run.

I expect a lot of elbow bumping and some amount of "Well, my guild does this..." in the early phases but I suspect that will normalize in some fashion as the runs continue.

Making this work would make us all stronger for the new perspective we would get on each of the encounters outside of our normal roles/classes while giving our alts the opportunity to gear up as well.

Some administrative things I would also propose are:

• Suicide Kings for Loot with MS/OS Lists per Roster
• Raid Comms co-ordination
• Encounter Strategy sharing

Hi,
Im RealGandhi, one of the raid leaders for Vindication. We are a young-progressing HK guild (4/11) and have attendance issues. I understand that you will most likely want to set up a separate raid for your alts with other guilds however I just thought i would throw this out there....

We raid 6 server on thursdays and are trying to set up additional raid days. Last night we had only 16 people log on so we had to pug people from 50 chat. If anyone has an alt that wants to run with us tonight you are more than welcome.

We generally one shot the first 4, the only reason we haven't been able to progress further is due to our inability to fill a raid because we are all busy people. We often have to swap. pugs in and out as they randomly leave and this cuts into our raid time. We aren't elietists but we aren't casuals. We have a few 11/11 members and also a few 10/11. We have only been able to go 4/11 though because of our attendance issues; not because we are bad. We Killed: Murdantix, Matron, Zilas, and vlad last night so if you were to join us tonight we would be starting on siccaron. Add me in game if you are interested: RealGandhi

Im not trying to jack your post or anything im just saying while you are still setting up your raid group you could maybe hop in HK with us and get some marks and gear in the meantime. We are obviously trying to recruit core raiders but wolfsbane is quite a competitive recruiting environment, so your alt and others like your's would be a welcome addition in the meantime.

I'm 10/11 HK on my rogue, but Sicaron is my apt-to-fail-occasionally ****** check, and I'm fluent with Akylios. I might look either of you up at some point if I'm bored. Preference is barding because I passed on 90% of the rogue drops for my last guild bc I was always barding.~
