    Default Hammerknell with Maximation

    Hello Seastone,

    What's this about?

We are looking to start doing alt HK's with our alts. Currently, we are at a base of 11 Maximation, and wanting to fill the rest with regulars that are preferably 10/11 experienced and obviously geared enough to do the instance. Our player expectations will be the same as within our main raid: full consumables, enchants, preparedness, adaptive learning, and a good attitude. Our eventual goal is to kill Akylios and we plan on being 10/11 within a few weeks.

    When is this?

This is the part that is slightly in the air and still to be fully determined. Due to our involvement with other raid related activities, the only two days our alts would be available for sure are Friday and Saturday. Also, most guilds tend to raid Mondays-Thursdays, so we will probably shy away from those days as alts will likely not be available.

We want to start off easy, with only spending 4-5 hours each week for the first few weeks and see how the raid progresses. One thing is certain, we will be doing at least one raid night a week on Saturdays, starting at 6:30pm EST (3:30pm server). I'll be communicating any schedule changes through these forums and 50 chat.

    How will we do loot?

We want to reward people that continuously show up to these raids. The first 3 weeks will encourage free rolls, with a limit of 1 item per run, after that, people that have regularly shown up will get priority over new comers. Once you've attended 3 raids, you will be at the same priority as everyone else. We will be recording details of everyone's attendance on a public Google spreadsheet.

    What classes do we need?

    We have:
    2 tanks (rogue + warrior)
    2 clerics
    4 mages
    3 rogues

    What we want:
1 tank that has HK viable dps (or healing) gear
High dps rogues/mages that know how to reflect, play support, and purge
Warriors that know how to interrupt
Clerics that won't mess up siracon and can actually heal (read: play multiple healing specs properly, ahov will offer lessons FOR FREE (j/k he'll charge))

    Misc:

This is your chance to impress us. If you want to apply and give us a good impression even before we read your app, you can show up to one of these and get a head-start. Good performance in these alt raids will give you brownie points on your possible future application. Likewise, the atmosphere will be similar to how our main raids are ran during progression, as we will be focused and efficient.

We will not tolerate people that regularly do dumb things and wipe the raid. If you one of those people, we don't want you in any of our raids. The same applies if you simply do not fulfill your required job. This raid is meant as an easy way to gear up our alts. Certainly there will be wipes, but we will not wipe to stupid mistakes repeatedly.

If you have any questions, please contact me on either my main: Xopi, or my alt: Opaquee. Feel free to PM me on the forums, send me in game tells, or in-game mail.

    TLDR:

Maximation hosting (11 of us) HK 1/21/12 @ 6:30EST (3:30 server). Come and don't be bad.

I'll help any cleric that joins the guild, but some basic knowledge of multiple roles is a huge plus.

If sent/warden is your only healing spec, you are pretty far behind.

You don't need any water resist until Inquisitor/Inwar/Akylios. Even then, its really only mandatory when learning Akylios. Having a full water resist sigil would be a great plus though, and once we get to those bosses, it will be brought up.

That sounds about what I gathered so far. Reason I ask is because I've been debating on replacing my lessers out for waters. Just sucks wasting 100 inscribed for each one i need to replace. Theres currently only 2 with water. And well I will also have the 2 +27 enchants on gear as well. So that puts me at 92 WR to start and I have some spare inscribes to use. I'd definately be willing to go on Friday or Saturday as that time works great for me.

I have no idea how many characters you have, but hopefully you have a Guardian toon with that gear. Based on your sig it looks like you're Defiant, Maximation is Guardian.

I'm tempted to try and sneak my rogue over to Seastone for this. Its got full T1 weapons and jewelry but only 3 Pieces of T1 armor. Perhaps in a couple weeks if this goes well!

Bump, alot of our alts are T1 geared, so being T1 geared isnt much of a problem, but having knowledge of your class and the fights(Preferred experience on your main), is required. Bad players will be replaced, no exceptions.
