Looking for New Shard

Trying to find a new shard for my Guardian guild. Is this a well populated shard? Are there big raiding guilds here? What are the que times like for pvp. Do the guardians win wf's often?

yes, byriel is full of top notch players, most of us are pass molinar in terms of HK gear, and a couple guilds are on akylios being grubs and invictus.
