Cyrus are recruiting active, raid-ready members who also enjoy group and guild PvP events. With high standards in both PvP and PvE, we are a balanced guild that has goals for the future of Rift.

We currently have one very strong raid group that has cleared all content - Greenscale, River of Souls and Gilded Prophecy. However we also have many other members who are either raid-ready or very close, so we are looking to establish a second raid group within the guild.

This second raid has already been to Greenscale a few times, and cleared up to Lord Greenscale himself. However with the holidays and some members dropping out, we are now looking for new recruits to fill this raid and progress with us through the existing content and into the future.

Cyrus members do not just PvE though, and we prefer members to have at least Prestige Rank 4. We have also set a medium term target for all members to achieve Rank 6, and this will be adjusted when patch 1.4 is released.

We have been a consistently strong guild in Rift, and are the highest ranked guild on the server, getting shard first achievements whenever we complete new guild quests. Our progression has been consistent and well above the trend. We are not interested in racing to complete content, and our raiding schedule reflects this. This is why our raiding members especially are still enjoying the game and our raid nights.

For PvE raids, our schedule is currently as follows:

Raid 1: Weds, Thurs starting at 6:00 PM server time (early finish on thursday)
Raid 2: Weds, Thurs, Sun at 6:00 PM server time

Members interested in raiding must be committed and able to attend at least the above times. Raids usually last for 3 hours. PvP members, or those not interested in raiding, should have a good prestige rank and be committed to helping the guild whenever we are challenged - especially looking forward to the 1.4 release!

Hey Dymm,

Sorry about that. There are likely two reasons we wouldn't invite people to our groups / raids. Firstly because they are usually full with guild members, and secondly because the group is queuing for warfronts. Other than that, when people ask to join we usually invite them unless we are trying to avoid turning into a zerg.

I'm pretty sure this is how most active guilds are - having to pug just sucks

happens very very often, since WF waiting times are often big and we have to do sth meanwhile!

We try to give as much respect to other players, enemies or friends, but guild always comes first

Cyrus are looking for all classes atm to help fill in a few gaps in our second raid group. We do PvP too, so you should be prestige rank 5+, have ventrilo and a working mic, and be very active!

If anyone wants to join for PvP only, that's also very cool.

hahahahhahaahah, ur latest guild post is so funny claiming an amazing victory wtf.... at 3.10 of the video u will not see another tainted member (apart from me way over extending trying too kill zero :P), due too the fact we pulled off and let pugs try finish u off which they failled!!!!

and another thing u emoting at the end bye bye rift ahahahhaha joke aswell as u see at the end of the video we were waiting for u too finsh the pugs off and we allready knew u were coming back too the rift so what did we do, let u engage the rift and completely roll u before u cud even take it down.......

so in future before bragging about some amazing victory that never happend, get ur facts right

honestly did you see what we was up against we knew going into the fight against that many players that we stood little chance of winning but we overcame the odds! but our aim was simple push defiant back and close that rift in time that was the victory! and one im happy with you guys far outnumbered us but we still fought our way though and achieved the goal and that was to close the rift.
