what this post and problem is about:
open world pvp is a big issue at the moment in my opinion.
most guilds are droping the p at the end of pvp and replacing it with a E.
my suggestion is very simple a forced guild quest to be completed weekly(depending on size of guild)
you must kill x amount of guaridans/defaints in open world pvp.
why depending on guild size?
1. it wont be impossible for a certain sized guild to complete it
2. if you have like 10 inactive memebers you have have to take the strain of there kills meaning boot or kill more.
what bought this on?
so many guilds with the "there is a new monster in a hole in a mountain to kill omfg lets go !"
consequence of not completing the quest
if you fail to complete the quest you get a mark once you have two have the option to move to pve server and if you get 3 you are auto moved to a pve shard.
what happens if a group of people are away for like a week
tough make up for the kills if you want them in your guild that bad :P
