Just a humble request.. could defiants please not leave the zone after 1 wipe? Happily stay and farm PvP rifts for hours on end laughing at the 5 people attacking them but soon as we get 1 rift shut there's none to be found.

Although not as bad as Bloodiron I guess, P8 chlorolocks in wf's that refuse to leave spawn cos "OP warriors spam 1", while spamming DS constantly and then going "I don't play warlock, I'm a chloro" with warlock armor buff on... and a whopping 10k healing. So not very effective Chloro even if he was. Sorry side tracked there by ****** mages :P


So yes, please defiants stay in the zone Tainted where you gone? I know you'll wipe us in 5 seconds cos you know how to CC but tried to find some of you to organise some small fights earlier and theres only like 4 online.

(For the record, this isn't a brag "lol we beat you with 5" or similar post... just want someone to stick around after a wipe. It applies to both guardians and defiants TBH but as I can't fight against guardians there's no point asking them to stick around ;))

I assume it's the same for everyone at the moment and that it's not just Tainted that have hit 'the wall' . Boredom is very hard to overcome at the moment an the next couple of patches aren't doing anything to help.

The timing is terrible tbh. With GW2 still so far away we in Tainted are struggling to find uncharted waters to pillage an plunder. If only this patch was bringing us a proper pvp land with keeps and objectives,then we would have reason to log on. Or if my offers for 20v20 in the lowbie zones over designated territory's had been accepted then maybe we would have somethin to look forward to.

So shame on Trion for takin so long on delivering the goods. It's making a captains life bloody impossible unless we start grindin HK,an seeing as we prefer PvP that ain't the most appetising thought either

I'm sure we'd get some interesting fun fights if we can get a 5v5 with you Dreddz get some of the others to log into IRC at some point (or let me have your vent details you coward ;D) and we can try organise something one night.... once I get my PC fixed, my CPU fan ceased up last night and my PC gets rebooted about once a month so it's running kinda hot as it is.

The attitude level of players (from both sides) led me to my drunken rage-xfer on sunday night more than anything else tbh. The type of player who laugh and flame when they successfully beat 4-5 people with a raid, but whine when beaten by the same. Amusing to see bomben sit and laugh at them as they fail though.

Apparently in the last few days my reputation has gone from "I love that dwarf will take on anything no matter the odds" to "Freyn won't dare go anywhere without 3 pocket healers" (Seems they dont notice the 5:1 out numbering, and only respect people who turn themselves into a free kill :P).

Although my favourites are people like Ekimmu... a chlorolock whose guild was so angered by my interupting their dailies they camped my GS for 20minutes, when I joined and left a WF they were still stood waiting for me. Return with Rapsodia, kill them all, and they rage about it - saw him earlier and got a "I dare you to fight me 1v1 challenge", the good old internet kiddie comment everyone loves to see. I do wonder why some people PvP at times, join a warfront and only come out of spawn if they are getting no-effort favor.

Damnit, MMO's bring out the rage in me :P



All I ask atm is that BOTH realms stick around after a wipe. There seems to be a "what? I cant afk a rift anymore? I'm out" attitude.

(Oh, for those few who may read this... EPIC last warfront last night. It was mostly vs Bloodiron but I recall someone saying "only kill blue bars everything else isnt worth it" on defiant, and I was the only non-mage/cleric on our team... most fun WF I've had in a long time, barely ever took a hit, with it being 380-493 to defiants and them picking up the fang a "HAHAHA OWNED" comment was given, only for it to finish 500-495 to guardian Nothing more fun than a tense fight)


So, you guys gonna dissapear until GW2 Dreddz? At least get on IRC so I can request a 5v5 when theres 5 people online :P

Just imagine that there are 30-40 people on both sides that CONSTANTLY fight and doesn`t port out once wiped... ehhh sounds so good

Tbh I don't want us to disappear untill GW2. That's too long a wait. But as each day passes I'm gettin more an more that arent resubbing.
So that leaves me with the option of going small scale or recruiting again. And seeing as I've always been about quality over quantity I'm very reluctant to recruit just to fill a raid. I don't think I'd be able to build an train a whole new raid at this stage of the game either. And tbh I don't really want to when the fun we used to have has gone.
Fighting organised opponents that outnumber us was fun. But after being the only organised defiant pvp guild for so long,even that has wore thin.
Even Redh's propaganda and dirty tricks can't motivate me. Gettin 2 raids up just to match the Cyrus Zerg is about as appealin as stickin pins in my eyes.

Majority that we're fighting atm aren't organised, but theres 5x as many on average. Which is why it makes such little sense that they a) flame us for losing and b) quit when we actually win.

Wish I was ranged sometimes though so we could just kite instead of me having to smash into a full raid and get utterly battered

Didn`t make myself clear. 30-40 Fighting in all three zones.... small scale pvp all over the place one zone gots zerg by a guardian guild making PVE(PVP) event > change the zone and continue PVP

SWOTR looks more pVE than RIFT and tbh I didn`t like a bit what I saw from the PVP videos + the huge amount of fanboys + the strong single player quest line which is their main selling point... meh I want a game to pvp with guild, not to do single player (nothing against single player but solo in MMO... kinda brakes the original idea)

i find it odd that tainted is complaining( in other threads too) that they are zerged, that is hard to get people to match up guardians numbers, etc.

personaly i did not have time in the last weeks to do any open w pvp( especialy when theres nothing more to gain from those- since rep with order of eye is max and no other apealing gains out there), but i remember always fighting outnumbered severly, and especialy tainted guys.

i dont like tainted, nothing i saw from them made me like them a bit, and i dont care they dont have numbers anymore. might aswell go away, or stay, i care for none, but stop the whine.

and LOL to dreddz's "don't think I'd be able to build an train a whole new raid at this stage of the game either"
