Looking for mature guild with active TS3

I'm currently still on another shard, but i will move my char (lvl 20 Warrior, main role tank) quite soon to whitefall.

I want to join a guild which has mature players (no minors at all preferred, I'm 27 myself) with which one can have a conversation without a flame war starting about every little ********. I'm very active on Teamspeak and therefore looking for a guild that is that too. TS should be the primary means of conversation ingame.

It's not that important to me how far you are in the content or how much you have achieved. my main goal here is to find some people to enjoy the game with together and not a bunch of hardcore players.
I myself am not that experienced in rift yet, but I'm willing to learn and i have played several other mmos so far.

If you take me you will get a player who you can always count on and who is never to busy to help others, even if they are lower level.
