Hello!

Me and my friends just started to play rift I that already had the game just bought another month of game time, and then through recruit a friend i invited them.

Here is the ting:
When we was i a group and i went in a dungeon they had the option to join. They where in the starting zone 1-10 and was transferred to silverwood.

And now they cant get back.

How to fix this problem?

Sounds impossible... or well you could try make an ingame-ticket and get an GM to move the characters back to the starting area.
