Pug Raid Friday!!
As the topic says, there will be a pug raid on (Edited) SATURDAY Afternoon at 17:00 Server Time.
Instance:
Gilded prophecy
What is Needed:
2 Tanks (1 Warrior At Least)
2 Healers (1 Cleric At Least)
1 Dps Having Healing As Off Specc
1 Bard
2 Melee Dps (1 Rogue, 1 Warrior Preferably)
2 Ranged Dps
Gear Requirements Per Role:
Tanks: Above The Average
Dps: Average
Healers: Average ++
I Dont look for people that are already geared (of course they are more than welcome to join if they wish), you just need to be how people like to say "raid ready", that means focus should be capped, decent damage, toughness etc.
Additional Requirements:
1. To have enough time available to finish the raid
2. Runed Gear (Properly)
3. Full Consumables Depending on your class/role
4. Have Ventrilo Installed And Ready To Use
5. Being Able to Follow Orders (anyone that can't will be removed)
6. And Last But Not Least, To Understand English
Loot Rules:
1. Every Loot Is On Roll, Nothing Is Reserved
2. You May Roll On Items For Mainspecc Only (Mainspecc considered not the one you will play in the raid, but the one you will state. For example if a cleric is a healer, and wish to roll on tanking gear, he should say it in advance, if he does, he will be able to roll ONLY in tanking gear, regardless if in the raid is a healer)
Additional Notes:
1. If you are way too sensitive this is not a raid for you
2. I may replace someone if i believe that his performance is slowing the raid, so don't QQ afterwards, do your job and everything will be fine, i won't ask something hard, it's not maths.
3. It is not mandatory to have experience of the instance, although if you have it is a huge plus to get an invite. Tanks though should have some experience and certainly some understanding of the fights
4. Raid time is a subject to change if several people wish for
5. Your alts if decent are more than welcome
6. Important, if a wipe occur EVERYONE, release run back, you don't wait for res, you don't go afk, you don't call your girlfriend... We wipe, we run back, we buff, we pull... Simple enough

Such raids will take place every week and in the near future will be followed by 20 men raids.
