First Rift Toon - Rolling Whitefall - what side needs what class?!

Hi all,
just got the game and rolling on Whitefall (hopefully a full server with pve and pvp ppl).
So what classes or specs are in demand for pve or pve. I would like to know the ratio between faction on this server too

As for classes needed, tank and cleric healers are the ones mostly needed from my experience. And when it comes to ratio Defiant seem to outnumber guardians. for sake of balance id recomend rolling guardian. Cause i want more even world pvp. (Im defiant and want it to be even or to be the underdog, but not rerolling.)

It's weird, the ratio that is.

Generally speaking.. out there in the world it feels like there's more defiants. It really does.

But when there's an event on or something and the guardians actually turn out, they outnumber the defiants.

I play as a guardian. I don't see that many people sitting around sanctum, but yeah that's how it feels to me.

play as a tank or healer and people will love you if you do it well.

unfortunately it's a million times more demanding and stressful than playing as any random dps build. hence why there isn't many of them.

I think though really, if you wanted to play a tank or healer you wouldn't be asking this question, you'd already have rolled a tank or healer. The kind of people that play tanks and healers if they've played mmo's before, already know that's what they're going to be.

If you want an underplayed dps class, then mage despite all the hype about it being OP is the least played class.

good choice, clerics are lacking on defiant side in warfronts.
