Actually sprite meant the forum directly above this post the one that says:

but im going to guess your english might not be great on account of the g-recruit spam not being in english in game when its meant to be english only in channels ;)

In this instance, "English" servers are for all languages other than German and French.

Sometimes we English speakers get so far up our own arse about how our language is the primary language.
