Scarhide Community Site

Hi Folks,

Yesterday I decided to take some time away from Rift and set up a community hub site for us new dwellers of the shard Scarhide. Hopefully the site will come in handy for those of you who choose to use it. Obviously, seeing as I only started it yesterday it is still in the working stages so to speak - So if you have any thoughts or suggestions please let me know!

Things you can do on the site:

- Fully personalised profile section
- Event planner for raids and events in-game
- Forums for the discussion
- Members directory / area
- User group creation (create your own private group for your class or faction)
- Personal media section (upload photos to your profile)
- Activity stream

Very nice initiative!

After countless of hours queuing for Whitefall the last couple of days, I found myself looking for a new server. Browsing around the server forums I stumbled upon this.. Must say it seems like a good way to start up a solid community. Made me decide to start up on Scarhide

You may wanna tell people that they need to click the link sent to their email as the site itself doesn't say so, and if you try to log in with an account not activated, it basicly goes back to frontpage and doesn't tell anything.

I'm surely gonna try and use this site in future!!

Ill be taking a look around when i get some spare time nice to see somebody else throwing up a website to help develop the server community
