If you are playing a DPS warrior and also have to tank at times, go right ahead and roll on tank or DPS loot. You need 2 sets of gear, one for each job. But, as I wrote in the post you quoted but didn't read, if you are a mage rolling on warrior items, you are a ninja.

It is pretty obvious that you only roll on loot the character you are playing can use, unless there are extenuating circumstances like... You are in the grp as a rogue but cant find a cleric, so you log in your cleric to heal. Then I would say roll on cleric loot and rogue BoE loot (though the chance of any BoE loot dropping is damn slim, but if it happens and its good for a rogue,I dont see how anyone can be upset if you roll on it).

Actually Blakez is not in Goon Squad, none of the people involved in this run are, and we at Goon Squad are not in the habit of posting lame 'ninja' threads on the forums either.

However while I'm here I might as well point out a few facts you guys are very clearly missing:

Clerics go healer in expert dungeons because they very often 'have' to not because they 'want' to. If a Cleric was to wait to run an instance in dps mode to roll on dps gear they may have to wait a very long time.

This item is of use to a Cleric but is not an optimal item by a long shot so the guy is a scrub for rolling on it.

Due to the above this is clearly not a ninja but just a bad decision by a bad player. Get over yourself, never group with the guy again and stop posting waaaaaa threads when you lose a roll.

Wisdom increases Spell power and mana regen..
Int increases Spell power, spell crit and mana
Clerics can use both these stats and yeah wisdom might help you out in healing in a raid if u spam heal..
but int will help you out with higher crit chance so u dont need to spam the heals just as much so it dosent really mather that much what u pick both works fine as a healer

Correction sry i meant that to OniSolid theory of Wis over Int not you.

I never stated that he was a ninja because it had more int than wisdom, but because it has focus, what are you doing here? read the posts?

Focus might not boost his healing but a cleric can do alot more then just heal...
And just cause he went heal in one instance dosent mean he's locked to that only
i bet he does other things too, and for all you know he did a bit of dmg while he was there also..
and i hardly belive you would have passed on an equal weap if there wassent any focus on it.

yeah mabye if u got a better one but thats not part of what im asking
if u had a crappy wand and this droped.. Wisdom heavy no crit no focus but spell power.
Lets say that it would be an upgrade for you cause its boosts your dmg
well those stats equals a perfect PvE healing weapon (not PvP)
but those same stats works just as great to increase the base dmg for both classes
so i doubt i RLY RLY doubt that you would have passed on it if it would be an upgrade for you

And where the hell you need mana regen for in PvP when you have consumables and skills to boost your mana back up?

I never said you need mana regen in PvP so i totaly agree with you, int all the way for PvP

And thus makeing Focus a valid stat for him cause it gives him the option to dmg when he dosent need to heal.
its not that hard to send off a dot or an instant dmg onces in a while even tho you mainly heal..
At least not in PvE from what ive seen (not 50 yet so wont say anything about those instances/raid)

Per the earlier comments as Guild Quality Assurance Officer I can promise you that the involved parties were not Goons, and if they were would have been dealt with very swiftly and harshly.

We here at Goon Squad do not tolerate behavior such as this at any time, and wish only for a nice in game experience.
