    Default <The Council of Sanctum>

The Council of Sanctum is a new Government that was formed by Lord Loor. The Council have already established themselves as a recognised Government within Sanctum City, and they were approved.

Lord Loor seeks representatives from other local Guilds to join The Council. Lord Loor believes keeping in regular contact with the local Legions, armies or bands of warriors will successfully drive out unwanted beings, folk or things from Silverwood.

Guild leaders that read this should elect a represenitive from their own guild.
However, once the elected person agrees to join The Council for representing their Guild, their Guild titles will be disbanded, and the elected person will take on a new title, given by The Council of Sanctum. These titles can vary from Lord/Lady of Silverwood to Scholar of The Council.

The Council of Sanctum are also seeking trainee people to undergo training, the selected trainee's will undergo personal lectures from Lord Loor. If the trainee blooms in their given tasks, he or she will get promoted to higher Council ranks. Each Council ranks comes with benefits and privileges.

Please contact Lord Loor through his Mailbox.

    (Heavy RP).

    No.

Why should we summon a meeting when there are tons of players within Sanctum and NPCs everywhere? Its a waste of time

Nice to hear that and much relaxed now. ;)

One question, has council only formed to drive out unwanted beings, folk or things from Silverwood? Why not organise huge assault on Defiant lands and Meridian?

Although I believe this is a troll thread, I'll bite. It's generally agreed amongst roleplayers that claiming authority above established NPC's in a region is frowned upon. Sanctum already has leadership in place, as does Gloamwood Pines and pretty much every settlement throughout Telara.

To answer the enquiry above, I agree, and I don't wish to derive out what already has been in place by the Rift creators.

The Council of Sanctum work along the other peoples within Sanctum. We do not, and I stress this, order people around. It is something which I took into account, because lets face it, no one likes another guild to invade their's.

To answer Veer, if that was a case raised within The Council In character, and if there was mass-destruction around the lands, then yes, we would summon all Council members, including our current Dukes (the leaders of the guilds that joined with The Council). But we like to do all these things in character, which means a full Council summoning would take some time to arrange, e.g: sending in-game mails out, or sending player messengers out that are also within The Council.

If you have any other questions, or wish for me to explain things then please don't hesitate to ask

    ~ Liam.
