Dead Shard?

Rolled a character on here but by the time I got to Sanctum it was obvious this shard barely has a pulse!

Either that or there must have been something really really good on TV!

Best thing to do on Quarrystone is find a guild

It's true the shard is very low populated...
But i guess that the people are coming...

I don't mind too much if its a quiet shard. I bought Rift today, have some friends hopefully joining too as Defiant and there are a few posts from new players here already.
Hope to see you folks in game at some point as we fight to keep the invasions in check!
It is great to be playing a new game, with lots of opportunities to explore. I'm another ex WoW player so its a refreshing change at present. i love the mystery and having some new game lore to sink my teeth into.

Me and a few of my Kinship from lotro have been playing this shard but it really does seem very quiet (I'm level 49). What is the biggest Guild here?

Depends which faction you are on. Guardian side I would say it's probably We Come in Peace as they have just merged with another rather large guild.
