Who we are / Guild Background:

- Rift Runners was formed from the very beginning of RIFT by a group of mature players with raiding backgrounds in a wide variety of MMOs, and over the months we've got many known and well respected players joining our ranks.l
- We aim to clear all raid content in the most efficient and focused way whilst still enjoying the many other aspects Rift has to offer.
- Therefore, we emphasize on "Quality Raiding" which is done with a hardcore mentality, rather than Quantity Raiding and burn-outs.
- Our primary target is end-game raiding, we also enjoy the social interaction a guild and community has to offer and strongly believe a successful guild is based on membership just as much as good leadership.



Current progress:

- All T1 Raid Content Cleared & Conquered (GSB/RoS/GP/DH)
- All T2 Raid Content Cleared & Conquered (HK/RotP)
- All T3 Raid Content Cleared & Soon Conquered (ID/PF)

In general, RIFT "vanilla" content cleared as one of the top Guilds worldwide (before any nerfs)


Raiding Schedule: (*might subject to changes)

- Monday :: 18:30 - 22:00 Server Time
- Thursday :: 18:30 - 22:00 Server Time
- Sunday :: 18:30 - 22:00 Server Time

* Plus optional & Off-Schedule raiding nights. (occasionally)


What we expect:

- Personality, be mature and respect your guild-mates as well as yourself.
- Reliability, we are interested in people who can maintain an exceptionally high attendance to our raids and who are planning to stay in RIFT in the long term.
- Common Sense, Raid & Self Awareness in raids. You don't need to be genius to play a game, just able to perceive the situation and understand your role in it, what you can do and what you cannot.
- Acceptance of wiping.
- The ability to accept constructive criticism.
- Motivation to push yourself and achieve maximum potential from your character.
- Be familiar with all of your specs and play what is needed, when necessary.
- Be ready atleast 15 minutes before raids.
- That people come fully prepared for raids including, and not only, read up on tactics, full consumables etc
- A good connection and computer, constantly lagging or disconnecting does not help the raid at all.
- A clear microphone, as well as knowing when to speak and when to keep quiet.


Other Requirements:

Generally, we prioritize Skill & Dedication over Gear, however, equipping some end-game tier gear pieces as well as having some experience of the most recent raids and encounters is definitely a plus!
