Look out for a cross shard rare hunt group. I've acted as a server anchor for them before and they seem to make the hunt a lot less daunting.

It mentions them being in your wallet. Is that a Steam thing? Perhaps you need to apply them via Steam or something..idk how it works.

I had one drop from Ruslia in the chronicle. Are they all chronicle based, or are they spread through raids and dungeons too?
