Will all stats be normalized except warmongers ... if so does that mean warmongers will have higher stats than normalized PVE...
Good Point Yeah I missed that - obviously if PVP gear is to be BIS for PVP then it has to be every slot not like a token 1 or 2 lol or there is no point.
