I agree if you have a good tank and your purifier you opulent be tipping the healing charts but without your presence its a little tougher to mitigate damage to the tank.

Are you using it to pvp aoe farm or pve?

Pvp put more into justicar
Pve more into sentinel to get protect the flock
Farm more into inq for dmg attacker armor also good for pvp if your bit...

Ever since the witch, stone/ weaponstone normalization it doesn't really matter use what ever gives you the best stats.. 2h cater maces are itemized specifically for clerics...
