You can definitely solo just about every regular dungeon if you were Ele, just cause you can't kill that damn rock.

You have to cast an ability AFTER it is placed on you in order for it to heal him. Pets and DoTs do nothing. Not sure about autoattacks though, pretty sure they don't heal him either.

I'm sure this has been said many times but if you subtract ALL the damage from Static Discharge on the highest parses for SC/Ele on Plutonus they are still doing 1400-1500 DPS.
