i wouldent use any more points then this in the Shaman build
i doubt that you get that much...

I have testes Stormborn now.. got 2 equal builds except one got Stormborn and the other got 5 unused points..

if your so scared from warriors then maybe you should consider looking into some sick dmg/cc in sabo
they got massive amounts of both, and prolly the most cc of them all so go...

Yeah there is a week's cd on guild q's so if thats your problem then u should get new onces soon enough...
And yeah you can do 3 per week, 1 PvP, 1 PvE and 1 Rift based one and then its wait time....
