It just scales better. I'm on my phone so o can't find the libk. Radar did the math though. Str gives 1 parry and 1 block. Wisdom gives like .75 SP which then gives like .6 per 1 SP

Inquisitor for AoE and purge. If you are tank heals, Sent/Puri is great, so is Sent/Warden. The tank takes a lot of damage.

HC spam with serendipity will heal more than DoL, both will be casting at the 1.5 GCD, HC heals more than DoL. DoL does not use smart healing, HC does. 1250-2500, not sure where you got those...
