Yes it was nerfed... it has something to do with that way it used to stack has been capped i believe.

nope, rangers do exceptional damage. They can reach nearly as high as their top dps melee build, and both builds can get well above warriors even on tank n spank fights. Ituziel when done right...

When i tank my guildy warriors use CB on multi mobs RIGHT away everytime... i never lose aggro.
It's called knowing your teammates.. i know they are gonna do this, i pop all my high threat AoE ASAP,...
