Since you should be using a chloro for the healing anyways, getting archon is clearly superior to bard, and having two supports in 10 man is usually a dps loss.

Necro is the only soul that combines decent dps with significant self-healing.
Speccing deep into chloro will gimp your dps.
Speccing deep into ele will gimp your survivability.

That's your problem. LF on 2 targets is your hardest hitting spammable skill.

Leeching flames is a dps skills, one of the best in mage calling.
Mental flare is castable on others. It's a decent manaregen skill to cast on your healers.
