we've been waiting so long for new content, many players have already left and it won't take long for more to follow.
My suggestion would be to adjust the dungeons, especially Storm Legion (60) content, to the current level. I often get to hear that it might be a problem because of the loot. However, I believe that players are less concerned with that. much more with doing something "useful" again.
Also the chronicles could be adjusted to the level.

I can tell you that having the live cast once a week got people talking and excited to play, plus they joked around and showed different things about the game from wardrobe to pvp. It also gave us new information and allowed us to ask questions directly to the creators of the game in real time and live.
This game had a personal connection , and seeing is believing!
