No vigil server showing on shard list

Am I missing something here. I am not seeing the Vigil shard to create a character there.

Vigil server have been brought down due to early critical bug.
No ETA provided for it's return and it does seems like a pretty serious issue.

Vigil was definitely up at the time you posted, so just to make sure we've got all bases covered:

First select RIFT Prime from the Glyph launcher (it uses the same files as regular RIFT, so no extra download time needed).

You do need to be a Patron in order to launch RIFT Prime.

Once you load RIFT Prime, Vigil is the ONLY server on the list.

The Vigil shard is on The "Rift Prime" Game, not on the "Rift" Game. When you start Glyph, select "Rift Prime" not "Rift" and you will see the Vigil shard.

Rift prime is not listed on Glyph. I have already reinstall rift and that changed nothing...

So please Trion explain us how to play Rift Prime when your launcher don't want to show Rift Prime.

Check to see you have patron status, on the account you are logging in with, and that you are using Glyph to launch the game maybe.

The "Glyph" launcher shows "Rift Prime" as a game, if it is not for you, then you have an uncommon situation. Send a ticket into customer service IMO. There are thousands of people playing Rift Prime, and having a great time!
