Need help with rogue builds for prime

Returning player, who loved my Rogue tank back in the day. I can’t find build suggestions for prime and wondering how people are speccing rogues for prime. I’m really focused on dungeons and pve. Any tank, dps, or bard builds you can suggest? Really appreciate it.

Dps: 10 Saboteur, 3 Marksman, 0 Ranger
Support: 10 Bard, 3 Riftstaker, 0 Marksman

Level 16
Tank: 16 Riftstalker, 4 Saboteur, 1 Bladedancer

Sab is overpowered right now, play that to level and youll be in good shape

For tanking I took a (give me tanky stuff) approach....with that I did:

Rifstalker
Bard
Ranger

The only reason I took Ranger is because it has a soul that allows you to take less damage

Bard give more HPs and better healing. RIfstalker (obvious).
