[Quest]Dabbling In The Forbidden

This quest spawns a level 46 mob at the altar, which is fine, except I am mentored down to level 35 and get pasted. Maybe an adjustment of the mobs level is in order?

Where do you get the quest I am using Completionist and the co ordinates I think are wrong

It's a Guardian only quest i think, so if you're a Defiant, out of luck.
