Getting error #1016 on LIVE
So I've been around the block with Trion Support, and they can't seem to figure out the issue. In the steps completed, I have:
1. Ran as administrator
2. Removed RIFT from my computer and reinstalled
3. Power cycled my router
4. Disabled my firewall and anti-virus
5. Tried it on a different computer
and still to no avail. I did notice when Trion mentioned about looking into my RIFT folder, the only folder in there after running the selfpatchlive is imageformats; there is no Download folder. I'd really love some feedback on this issue, I have been browsing through the forums and google seeing every possibility looking into solving this, and haven't found one yet.
