UI constant refresh since 1.9 update...

about ever 30-45 seconds the UI is refreshing on my game... it makes my abilities on my bars that are not in my current spec light up for a short period of time, this is the best way of detecting the issue... after raiding last night i found out it is not just me, it is my whole guild... which most likely means it is game wide... is this a bug? or somthing new to combat ui lag?

I would recommend disabling any addons that you have as they could be incompatible or otherwise buggy with 1.9. If you do not have addons installed, then I don't know what it could be!

I have the same thing happen on my main toon but not on my alt. I don't have any add-ons installed so i have no idea what could cause this.

I and several of my guildies also have this. Started after 1.9

Yep constantly flashing, and if you have pending quest reward it constantly zooms in and refreshes, had to disable it
