    Default Computer Reads; FATAL ERROR: Insufficient Video Card! Help!?

    Hi, I Just recently bought RIFT at best buy, and it came with a 30 day free trial. I inserted the download disk, and waited until half of the bar was complete of download but it let me click play. I clicked play, and it showed up; FATAL ERROR: Insufficient Video Card! Then it closed RIFT completely but the download continued.. Is there any way to decrease the graphics setting to lower so my computer is able to run RIFT? Please help, I have already activated my 30 day trial, and it is wasting away!

    Post your DXDiag, or buy a video card that isn't from 2002? Did you even read the system requirements?

    What kind of graphic card you have? Also CPU will play a role since Rift is CPU intensive. Did you try again after download finished?
    You can decrease graphic settings when you create an account and log into a game via Settings -> Video -> Advanced on the character selection screen.
