Direct 3D Initialization Error

Started up the game link, entered my password, when the program went to initialize I received the Direct 3D Initialization Error. Any help anyone can be I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Have you re-installed DirectX yet? It often fixes this problem.

Also, need some details of your computer hardware. If you go to start->run and type in dxdiag . . . it will run through a little scan and down bottom you should have a place to save all information. Save that text file to your desktop, then open it and copy and past it's contents in to a post. It will be huge, but pretty much contains all the details of the hardware in your PC.

Specifically need to see the "System Information" and "Display Devices" section if you don't want to post the whole thing.
