Judging from your UI, not using a photo editor would help, or playing with the brightness/contrast settings.

    ^ This.

I agree it can be bad, but this looks like its been tinkered with.

If not, your graphics card is about to die or something

that part of the game is the only place where it gets like that. I have no issues in any other games...

any why is everyone thinking its shopped or my video cards... because you are wrong on both accounts.

That is either a bug or most likely a problem with your settings or hardware. The instance most certainly does not look like that.

It really is hard to see in RotF with fullscreen FX turned on. Though, its supposed to be.
This part of the zone is a blizzard and you are experiencing whats known as a white out.

However, if you dont like these kind of environmental effects just turn off fullscreen FX and you wont be bothered by them. Im actually surprised ppl dont know this still tbh I know i have told ppl about it since beta and havent had to tell anyone in a long time.

ok fist I am using FXAA tool for sharpness and AA and thats what you see in the screen shots...

I took my 50 rogue there quick and turned off the FXAA tool, although I know it does not affect it....

here is 2 videos both with the FXAA tool turned off

First video with full screen effects on
    http://youtu.be/zOiTxT0Tbdk

now a video with it on but you see me turn it off...
    http://youtu.be/TBgZRDudGmE

now I admit it gets a little better its not that much better

but I am sure its my system... or I doctored these too...
