I hope you get a response.If it's about the stupid resize thing over your sig, please post a fix if you get it.I tried customer support, but they refered me back to the forums.It seems that some people can upload their sig without it and some people can't.I've done several threads about this and nobody has been able to help.It is irritating since my sig was made to the size spec for these forums.Good Luck!

Never seen that signature resize thing before, but if it's going to apply to everyone I surely wouldn't mind. Some peoples signatures are just too large in my eyes really, I might just be fussy but I dislike scrolling over half a mile of signature when browsing threads.
Would be nice if one could set like a personal banner on your forum profile so people can place their larger signature-images there instead.

Oh and the best way to get in touch with a moderator is to simply PM them, rather than requesting them to PM you - they don't always see everything on the forums.

As I said before,my sig was speciffically made to be slightly smaller than max size for Rift forums ,hence the irritation.Also,this resize thing only occurs with some sigs not others.I have also still seen some of the HUGE half page sigs that you mention and they are still in use.

Over 500 wide gets you the resize iirc.

Not sure of the hight, probably the same. Just resize to no more than 500.

Also, if you have a noscript like running, you won't see the resize unless you allow it.

While Sonic was posting I had gone to the Dev Tracker and picked Walsingham to send a PM to about my issue.At the same time Walsingham was responding to me and the OP.Your customer service is fantastic for any product much less for a game.This is definately one of the many reasons why I love Rift.Thank you both for your response.Bacon-wrapped Bacon with a side of Bacon for both of you.

I appreciate the reply and I will certainly try this if there is no other solution.Rift forums requires a sig to be no larger than 705x205 and less than 300 KB.My sig is 564x204 and 117 KB.So if I have to change it I will, but unless the requirements listed are wrong I shouldn't have to.

Interesting, I couldn't find the parameters and did it by trial and error to find 500 width.

This could of course have been just a coincidence on the size and matched the max KB's.

Edit : Actually it turns out mine is 534 x 75 and 49,954.

Edit 2, when I save yours GrymmReaver, it says 564 x 204 and 345,222

I got it down to 35.5 KB and it is still doing the banner.The info on sig size is on the edit sig page in the download window.
