Hello I returned to Rift after 10 months seeing 3 days of free play to see what has changed.My character (level 39) is in scarhide shard which now is a trial shard so i had to transfer him.

I logged him to empty mailbox and proceed to the transfer but I couldnt do it and now I cant even log him at all , I get the message unable to select that character contact customer support.

Anyone can help me? I couldn't find anything similar to my issue on the internet...Trying to give the game a second chance here but seeing as I get this problem and the missing dll problem which i fixed doesn't give me a good impression.
