as the title states, do you just go into the folder for the driver and delete the driver or is there another way to do it correctly? sorry a tad undereducated at computers.

card - nvidia geforce gtx 460 se

You go into Control Panel and select Uninstall a Program and look for your video card drivers there...you never just delete a folder. Just google search for more instructions.

Also might want to go into device manager and locate the video card and right click and unistall....it will unistall then it will pick it up again to install again.

If you installed said drivers in or its located in a certain place direct it to look there when it re-installs

Also, when you uninstall your VGA drivers, your screen resolution will revert back to it's factory preset, so dont panic when everything suddenly enlarges. You can download the drivers for your VGA here...

download this and run it in safe mode after you uninstall the card and drivers. Then install the new ones.

The best way to do this is to download the driver you wish to install. Once you run the installation, choose custom setup. Then choose "clean install". This will remove your drivers and install a clean version of your new drivers.
