5870. I run with just about everything on high, except AF which is at x4 and lighting which is set to half because I prefer the shadows. AA is ON, i get about 48-50ish in the wild, 30ish sometimes with big encounters and 20ish with crowded rifts. There are things you can do to "smooth out" fps though, like turning on triple buffering using radeonpro and turning on vsych in the game or radeonpro as well. Turning supersampling AA off will net another 10 fps, but it works fine as as.

Crossfire offers very little improvement though.
Hows that screen tearing workin for ya? may as well turn on vertical sync to iliminate that. lol 80-150fps

I am on a 5570 (just below the gaming cards) and get on average 30 fps on medium settings after the latest Catalyst update.

My husband has one of the 5800 series (forget which one) and avg 40-50 FPS on High settings.

I think as long as your drivers are completely up to date, you'll be fine. I know before I read about the Catalyst update, I was in the low 20's.

5770 running high settings 200fps. Honestly, no idea what fps is but even stress test in beta with 150 people beating on a golem it never lagged for a second. I'm really impressed with what they've managed with the engine.

5870 HD 2GB Radeon and I run at beyond ultra with no problems. If you have an ASUS card, make sure you don't have ASUS Gamer OSD installed. That program lags up games, especially RIFT, for some reason.

False I run fine on two machines two different cards both ultra I've stopped looking at fps it varies 30 - 60 BUT the game plays smooth even when it's down to 30 so I decided that's the important thing sod the numbers

My trusty Radeon 5770 isn't giving me any issues, getting a consistent 40-45 fps at 1920x1080 on Medium quality. Since I recently moved into Gloamwood tho, all the fog and haze are giving it a little more trouble, dropping in the mid-30s (particle effects, the classic fps-killers).

ATI cards are always a problem. Every game that ever launches ever ever should start with a "how to make your crappy ATI card work" forum.

Dropped that ATI trash years ago.

    I suggest the same.
