Do i need to create another account to play?
My account is not letting me apply my retail code and purchase a subscription, my credit card is good, my paypal account is fine, so why can i not apply my retail code?
I had no problem applying the Pre-order code last week, i had no problems with the beta code weeks ago, so why am i having huge problems now?
Why do i receive:-
We are unable to complete your purchase.You have recently placed an order for the same item or items. Please check back later.
I have not placed an order recently, it was the first time i had actually tried to subscribe and apply my retail code that i got the error.
Would it be best just to open up another account and apply the code to that one or can i get some guarantee this will be sorted asap.
