Not Updating Characters

Hi! I've been using the Rift Mobile App on my Android phone (HTC 3D) without any problems for the past few months for my Warrior, Rogue, etc. I server transferred, and it updated my charas and everything fine. Last week, I rerolled a Mage, but my character list hasn't updated to reflect it. I can log onto my gf's account and her newly rolled Rogue shows up, but mine isn't. Please help!

Edit: I've tried force closing, uninstalling/reinstalling, the like.

I was going to post this very same question, though it happened a little differently with me.

I just started rift three weeks ago and got the beta app immediately afterward (wondered if rift had an "armory" app and to my surprise, I was partially correct).

Been loving the app! Used it without problems with my first toon. Then created a second and... Low and behold, tha app showed the second toon no problem.

I made a third toon.

After a few days of login problems, I log in and finally get back into the app, and for some reason it isnt displaying that third lowbie toon.

Ive tried force closing, hard resetting my phone, deleting the app, logging into my wifes acct instead. Nothing works.

Id really like to be able to use my planar rewards on my lowbie who actually needs it :/

Will be a great app once all these bugs are finally ironed out though

It just takes some time be patient, it will be updated. just not instantly(it can take a while though). this can differ per time.

I have the mobile app installed through bluestacks. I don't use it very often, and today I thought I'd give it a shot and when I started the app it said I had no characters and I should go make some. I couldn't figure out how to access any settings or logout of my account, so I just uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and logged back in to my account and now it's working and it even has my newest alt listed.

I have unistalled mine multiple times and it has done nothing. Still unupdated after almost a week.
