Greetings all,

I have started to play Rift for 10 days now and i like it a lot. Since day 1 i downloaded the Rift mobile authenticator on my Iphone. Since the first day i get the same error. I press the button "Get new key" and instant i get the message "The network is not available at this time, please try again later.: then i press ok and i get "There was a problem generating your Serial Key. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact Trion Customer Support."

I have even reinstalled my Iphone to the factory defaults, Updated it to the latest version then installed the "Rift mobile authenticator " and its all the same.

I have an official account altough i did bought the key from Steam. I can log in perfectly fine in game and on my account.

I really want this security. Anybody know of this issue and/or can help me get it working please?
