Planar Invasion 3rd row bugged?

Has anyone else noticed that the Planar Invasion third row will never hit by itself? I noticed this a while back and have been paying attention for over a month now, using my scratchers every hour. I have never seen a win on the third row alone. The only time I see anything from the third row is if the other two rows are winners as well.

Has anyone ever gotten a third row only win?

I actually started noticing this about a week ago as well, except I'm noticing the same thing about the second row as well. I either win the first row, the first and second row, or the first, second, and third rows.

I never win the second by itself without winning the first, or the third without winning the first or second.

You are correct. I noticed this myself and have been paying attention to it over a few months now. You will NEVER win just the 2nd or 3rd row. The 1st row must win in order to win on the 2nd or 3rd rows. Actually, I don't think the 3rd row wins unless you hit all of them.

Another thread made mention this started happening after the Android app was released. Of course I haven't left the other two rows alone if the first row wasn't a winner, lol.

This is correct. If you win on the first row, you may win on the second and third, as well. If you don't win on the first row, you won't win on the second or third rows. I've been playing regularly every day since I got it and never win on rows 2 or 3 if row 1 isn't a winner. Not once.
