Description of what was happening when the error occured

When you go to the screen and rubbed off to see if you get three in a row and you do get three in a row and or win twice, the screen doesn't sparkle and show that you won the prizes in question.


It seems each time I have lost the prizes listed below, its always the Mushrooms that I win with but no prizes received.

So far I have lost;

1st time it happened didn't get witchweave x2

2nd time master crafting marks x4

3rd time Kinetic charge x2

4th time Bloody Fang x 16 (one twice on the same loot table)

5th time Witchweave x2

Would like my rewards if at all possible.

I have been having the same issue again. The screen shows I won the prize in question but fails to show the redeem button and always it is the Mushrooms I am winning on. I am guessing the problem is with the Mushrooms, within the system itself.

Since the last reported emails with GM Vort. I have lost a few more like this.

Email was just sent with a picture of my phone, of Rift Mobile in action and of the bug/problem at hand.

I'm pretty sure the reason it shows the little critter face in the upper right with the game description is because you need 3 in a row of that icon, not just any icon.

Probably not a bug.

This is exactly it. The first time I had three in a row of mushrooms I thought it bugged out. I then realized it has to be the one specific critter. It is Tic Tac Toe, not just three in a row.

yes exactly right. its tic tac toe 3 in a row and I have been reporting this constantly vial email to them.

I Would like a GM's response if I should wait a day or so and keep a list of all the prizes I havnt won and then send them in? Im sure sending an email for each prize won is a little crazy and would keep the bug reports down on your side or I can just keep sending them 1 at a time o.o

I don't think you get it.
3 in a row = match 3 like symbols
tic tac toe = get three in a row of YOUR symbol. You know, like you're "X" and I'm "O". If you get 3 Xs in a row, you win, not me.
Look in the upper right hand corner of the app. It says "Match 3 in a row" and shows your symbol that needs to be matched.

I know how to play! LOL. The Gms. handling all my tickets took care of it all and I received my rewards. What helped also is that I had my wife take a picture of the winnings on her phone, sent to my email and forward them to Triton.

They didn't understand at first why there were no logs showing my winnings but after a detailed explanation and my pictures they understood and from playing it again fixed the issue on their side. You will see more variety of icons now.

Convincing a GM that something was wrong doesn't mean you know how to play; it means the GM doesn't either, and you were able to put together a convincing enough argument. The GMs aren't the programmers/developers, and they don't always know how the game works. The instructions in the top left DO indicate that there's only 1 icon that wins, they just don't indicate it well.

I may start playing it again, just to see if they actually change the way the game works, or they change the card to make it clearer.

That squirrel looks like it's part of decoration. If it really is match 3 squirrels in a row then they need to write it:

That is exactly what I've been saying LOL.. it does look like a decoration and recently they have changed it.

If you read the description of the game it clearly states match three squirrels in a row.
